Day wise Itinerary

• Day 1 : Arrival in Leh

  Acclimatization & Rest

  • Upon arrival at Leh's Kushok Bakula airport (3500m above sea level), guests will be transferred to the hotel for check-in and acclimatization. An overnight stay at the hotel is included.

• Day 2 : Visit to the century old Monasteries.

  Cultural Exploration Day

  • Covering a distance of 85km with an easy level of difficulty and a duration of 5 hours, the day includes exploration of Hemis Monastery, known as the largest and wealthiest gompa in Ladakh. Thiksey Monastery on a hill-lock with panoramic views is another highlight, followed by a visit to the former summer residence of the King, Shey Palace. The day concludes with an overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 3 : Lamayuru, Alchi, Likir, and return to Leh

  Sham Vally Tour

  • A moderate level of difficulty characterizes this 245km journey taking 8-9 hours. Highlights include a visit to the UNESCO world heritage site, Basgo Castle, Alchi Monastery (unique for being on flat ground), Likir Monastery with impressive Buddha statues, and the oldest and one of the largest monasteries, Lamayuru. The day ends with a return drive to Leh for an overnight stay.

• Day 4 : Leh to Nubra

  Leh to Nubra via Khardong la Pass

  • Covering a distance of 215 km with a challenging level of difficulty, this 8–9-hour ride takes guests to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, the highest motorable road.Camel ride and Leisure time awaits in the evening, with an overnight stay.

• Day 5 : Siachen Glacier

  Siachen Glacier base camp

  • A challenging 220km journey taking 8-9 hours includes exploring the Siachen Glacier, visiting Panamik. Exploring Diskit Monastery and enjoying free time.

• Day 6 : Nubra to Pangong

  Nubra to Pangong via Shayok Valley

  • With a challenging level of difficulty and a duration of 7 hours, this 160km ride takes guests to Pangong Lake via Shyok Valley. The day includes enjoying the changing colors and high altitude of Pangong Lake, with an overnight stay at the camp/homestay (14,500 feet).

• Day 7 : Merak village to Tsomoriri Lake via Tsaga-La pass (4400m):

  Ride on the picturesque land of Changthang Plateau.

  • Covering a distance of 215km with a challenging difficulty level and an 8-hour duration, the day involves driving along Pangong Lake to Merak village, visiting the memorial of 13th Kumaon, and heading towards Tsomoriri Lake.

• Day 8 : Tso Moriri to Leh via Taklang-La pass (5300m)

  Tsomoriri to Leh

  • With a challenging difficulty level and an 8-hour duration, this day includes a morning visit to Korzok village and Tsomoriri Lake, driving to Mahe village and Puga valley, and continuing towards Leh via Tanglang pass, the second-highest motorable pass.

• Day 9 : Departure

  Departure from Leh

  • The tour concludes with a transfer to the airport for the onward flight, leaving guests with lasting memories from the Bike Trip Siachen Valley

Payment Terms & Methods :
* 50% of the payment should be transferred at the time of booking the trip & balance to be paid 15 days before the tour starts.
* Ladakh Tales holds no responsibility for road blocks or flight cancelled or any unforeseen situation happening on tour.
* Child between 5 – 8 yrs will be considered under without bed charges (no bed / extra mattress will be provided) and child above 8 yrs will be considered as extra bed (extra mattress will be provided)

Cancellation & Refund Policy :
* 25% of the total tour cost will be charged if cancelled 15 days before the tour departure date.
* 50% cancellation charges if cancelled 10 days before the tour departure date.
* No cancellation refund will be made if cancelled before 9 days to departure date.
* No refund will be made once the tour starts.
